Our Camper

We picked up a newTrigano Tribute 670 towards the end of June 2015. Here is a list of things I like and do not like about the camper and what I want to do with it.

  • End lounge with a bed we can leave up whenever we want – just long enough for my 6ft body.
  • Dining/living area at the front with enough space for four people to sit comfortably
  • Smooth, powerful engine
  • Cruise control and cab air conditioning
  • Electric or gas water heating – for me to choose which to use when
  • Electric or gas space heating controllable and with a timer
  • Table which makes into an unpublicised short bed
  • Lighting everywhere with controllable dimmers
  • Oven with grill
  •  Two burner hob and sink combined (so no more messy stove tops)

  • Pinch point where passenger seat back intrudes into corridor space
  • Filing cabinet type kitchen drawers which are clumsy and noisy
  • Very poor seat covers on cab seats
  • Comparative lack of wardrobe space
  • Will not take 6kg gas bottles so all our bottles are redundant
  • Awning winder was crank shaped so we replaced it with our old straight one otherwise it would not have fitted anywhere in the camper
